📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience
• Book flights and manage reservations using Salesforce and SAP
• Assist customers with travel documents, visa applications, and other related services
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our aviation services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in aviation services
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve our commercial operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the aviation industry
• Strong English conversation skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and SAP
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus
• Valid SIM card and ability to commute to our office in Jakarta Selatan
