📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage deliveries, ensuring timely restocking.
• Implement and enforce store procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Train and mentor new staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the organization of promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations across all outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, inventory management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail analytics tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is required.
