PT Tani Astrid is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Banquet Staff to join our team. As an Assistant Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banquet services. You will be responsible for assisting the banquet manager in organizing and executing various events, from small gatherings to large-scale celebrations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and organization of banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, managing guest lists, and arranging event logistics.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Prepare and present banquet menus, ensuring they are in line with the event's theme and dietary restrictions.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities, ensuring they are ready for events and properly maintained.,Monitor and ensure the quality of food and beverages served during events.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-ups with clients.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in banquet services.,Perform other duties as assigned by the banquet manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in banquet services, hospitality, or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Knowledge of local customs and traditions is a plus.
