📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Train and develop boutique staff to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth.
• Ensure that the boutique meets the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation.
• Collaborate with the boutique manager to plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience for all customers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury retail.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports for the boutique manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in the beauty or fragrance industry.
• Proven track record of success in driving sales and improving customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.
