📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, quick start guides, and API documentation.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical writing processes and tools.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide support and training to other team members on technical writing best practices.,Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the quality and readability of code comments.,Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional content for our software products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field.,Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role, preferably in the software industry.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
