As a Bartender at Duta Dewi, you'll be the heart of our vibrant bar area, crafting delicious cocktails and mocktails that complement our famous fried chicken. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our customers have a memorable dining experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Preparing and serving a variety of cocktails and mocktails to customers.

Ensuring the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Assisting with food service during peak hours.

Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Following health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

Assisting the kitchen staff with food preparation and delivery.

Participating in inventory management and restocking bar supplies.

Promoting a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Good knowledge of Indonesian and English languages.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.

Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg).

Valid food handling certificate and ID card.
