📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during transactions.
• Maintaining a clean and organized cash register area, including counting and reconciling cash at the end of each shift.
• Assisting customers with product information and recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Handling cash and credit card transactions securely and efficiently.
• Keeping up-to-date with promotions, discounts, and new products to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for handling daily reports and records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good mathematical skills for accurate transaction processing and cash handling.
• Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.
