📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve store goals.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
