📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and engage with our social media community, responding to comments and messages promptly.,Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to increase brand awareness.,Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports on engagement metrics.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies.,Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Ensure our social media profiles are up-to-date and consistent with our brand guidelines.,Participate in community events and promotions to boost engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.
