📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee the maintenance and repair of vehicles, working closely with mechanics and service providers.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to optimize fuel efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle usage, maintenance costs, and fuel consumption.,Handle any issues or emergencies related to the fleet, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
