📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in training and development programs.,Coordinate with management on HR-related matters.,Handle payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
