🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Familiarity with hybrid work environments and the ability to adapt to different work settings.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, management, or a related discipline.,Certifications or additional training in leadership, safety, or customer service are a plus.
