📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development.,Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is a plus.
