📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.,Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.,Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.,Experience with network administration and security.,Proficiency in using IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
