📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and maintain food safety and quality standards.,Train and develop staff to ensure high performance and customer service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven track record of customer service and team management.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
