📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to the management.
  • Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
  • Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and efficient use of funds.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to the management and other departments.
  • Monitor and manage the company's risk exposure, ensuring compliance with risk management policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or retail industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
