Central Data Sentosa is seeking a Lead HR Generalist to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and initiatives to improve workplace satisfaction.,Lead and mentor HR staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources to ensure the organization remains competitive.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in managing a team and leading projects.,Familiarity with performance management systems and processes.
