Rejeki Tono Dental Clinic is looking for a Lead Kitchen Crew to manage and oversee the kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene, and lead a team of kitchen staff. This is a full-time position based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.,Lead and mentor a team of kitchen staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Prepare and cook meals according to the clinic's menu and standards.,Ensure that all kitchen equipment and utensils are clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and used efficiently.,Ensure that all food safety and hygiene regulations are followed and that the kitchen is inspected regularly.,Work closely with the clinic's management to ensure that the kitchen's operations align with the clinic's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and as part of a larger organization.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, and their proper use and maintenance.,Ability to prepare and cook a variety of meals to high standards of quality and presentation.
