📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all procurement activities, including purchasing, inventory management, and supplier negotiations.,Develop and maintain procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency and meet business needs.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality products.,Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor procurement team members, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing procurement activities.,Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
