PT Wisesa Pilar is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Shop Assistant to join our team in Solo, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our shop operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily shop operations including stock control, pricing, and promotions.,Train and develop a team of shop assistants to ensure high standards of customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or a similar role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.,Education: Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a focus on business or retail.,Excellent English language skills are a plus.
