📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.,Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and industry networks.,Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Screen and interview candidates, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure the right candidates are selected.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment laws and regulations in Indonesia.
