In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business objectives.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
