📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop staff to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Manage the outlet budget and report financial performance to the regional manager.,Conduct regular outlet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or sales management role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
