Duta Zahra Kebab is looking for a dedicated and experienced Personalia Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate payroll processing.,Handling employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolutions.,Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies.,Providing administrative support to the HR team.,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.,Managing employee benefits and leave policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.,Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
