Gate Shop Ekspansindo is looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent for our growing company. This is a full-time position based in Gunung Kidul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 12.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify the best candidates.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating with candidates and internal teams.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Providing feedback and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.,Ensuring compliance with all legal and company recruitment policies and procedures.,Analyzing recruitment data and metrics to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
