📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to source passive candidates.,Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
