📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Track and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
