📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in trade shows and promotions to increase brand visibility.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
