🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computational Sciences, Digital Engineering, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in computational sciences and digital engineering, with a strong track record of leading successful projects and initiatives.,Proven experience in leading and managing teams in a global environment.,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.,Proficiency in advanced computational tools and software, such as MATLAB, COMSOL, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Ability to travel internationally as required.,Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
