📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.,Manage and mentor a team of service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the service industry.,Strong knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed for service calls and meetings.
