📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained.,Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Plan and organize the kitchen schedule to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor food costs and ensure they are within budget.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.
