📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance and implement improvements to meet or exceed sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions and inventory.,Collaborate with the regional management team to ensure consistency in store operations across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
