Tech One Indonesia is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Operator to join our team in Balikpapan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in maintaining a clean and safe store environment.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Stay updated with store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
