📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports as required.
• Provide financial support to the sales and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field, preferably in a professional environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
