Using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Excel, you will analyze performance data, provide insights, and recommend strategies to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement performance management systems and compensation plans
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Develop and oversee reward programs to recognize and incentivize high performance
- Analyze performance data using SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant tools
- Provide training and support to managers on performance management best practices
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align performance and reward strategies with organizational goals
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management and reward programs
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance management and compensation
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management and compensation
- Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar performance management software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Certification in performance management or compensation (preferred)
