📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of mine closure plans in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and risk analyses for closure projects.
• Manage post-mining activities, including reclamation, rehabilitation, and restoration.
• Develop and implement closure schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate closure planning into overall mine planning.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel during closure activities.
• Monitor and report on the progress of closure projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mine closure planning and implementation.
• Proficiency in using mining software such as Vulcan, Datamine, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards relevant to the mining industry.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing complex closure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in Mine Closure Management (MCM) or similar is a plus.
