📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance economic development in the outer islands.
• Oversee the coordination of various stakeholders, including local governments, NGOs, and private sector partners.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of development projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability and community needs.
• Facilitate the establishment of infrastructure and services to support sustainable tourism and local industries.
• Promote and implement environmental conservation initiatives to protect the unique ecosystems of the outer islands.
• Collaborate with international organizations to secure funding and resources for development projects.
• Represent PT Nusantara Maritime Innovations in national and international forums to advocate for outer islands development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing development activities in the outer islands.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in development projects, particularly in remote or island regions.
• Proven track record of leading and managing large-scale development initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to development and environmental protection.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Certification in Sustainable Development or a related field is a plus.
