📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other drafters to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications
• Prepare construction documents, including blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Review and revise drawings to meet quality standards and client requirements
• Assist in the preparation of estimates and cost analyses
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and software updates
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on design and construction aspects
• Maintain a well-organized and secure digital filing system for project documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, with experience in creating detailed architectural drawings
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) concepts and practices
