📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
• Create and curate compelling content for various digital channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team and stakeholders.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve campaign performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on data-driven strategies.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads Manager.
