📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Administer anesthesia using advanced equipment such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to any complications during procedures.
- Collaborate with our medical team to develop and implement safe and effective anesthesia plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards for anesthesia practice.
- Provide pre-anesthesia evaluations and educate patients on anesthesia procedures.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest anesthesia techniques and technologies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed anesthesia records and documentation.
- Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from a recognized board.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA in a clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with fertility and reproductive health procedures.
