📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Maintain and manage our state-of-the-art medical equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO, GMP, and local laws.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, seeking ways to enhance our processes and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic objectives.
• Manage and optimize facility budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
• Ensure the safety and security of our facilities, implementing robust measures to protect our assets and personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a medical or high-tech environment.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., RICS, IFMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficiency in facility management software, such as FM:Pro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including ISO, GMP, and local laws.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
