As a Fleet & Logistics Supervisor, you will work closely with our dispatch team to manage and optimize our fleet operations. You will be responsible for scheduling, routing, and monitoring the performance of our towing vehicles, ensuring they are always ready for service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.
• Coordinate with dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient route planning.
• Monitor and optimize fuel consumption to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Manage and maintain relationships with third-party service providers for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and dispatch coordination.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using fleet management software such as Geotab or Fleetio.
• Valid driver's license and experience driving towing vehicles.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
