📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily cash operations, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash reconciliations.
• Supervise a team of 3-5 professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
• Monitor bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow and manage liquidity risks.
• Support strategic financial planning and budgeting activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance leadership and technical skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in treasury or finance, with a focus on cash management and financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
